When you request a quote, we use your contact information, project description, location, and optional photos to review your request, contact you, schedule work, and maintain service records.
Where your request goes
Our website and private lead storage are hosted by Vercel. Requests are forwarded to our secure customer management system, and lead emails use our email delivery provider, EmailJS. Phone push alerts use ntfy and contain a generic notice rather than your contact details or photos.
Photos and sensitive information
Project photos are resized and stripped of embedded location metadata before storage. Please avoid uploading identification documents, financial records, or other sensitive information. Photos are intended for reviewing your project, not for public marketing without your permission.
Advertising measurement
This site uses Google Ads measurement to understand quote requests and contact activity. Campaign identifiers may be associated with a request so we can understand which advertising led to it. Your form details are not included in the conversion event.
Records and your choices
We retain records as needed for responding to inquiries, providing services, and normal business recordkeeping. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission to use a photo, contact info@westernreservehandyman.com. Some service records may need to be retained.
